
Robin Moody, MPH, CPHQ
Executive Director
Robin Moody joined All Smiles as the executive director in June 2021. She has more than 20 years combined experience in health care non-profit leadership, health policy, and health care journalism. In recent years she has worked with clinics nationwide to build sustainable population health workflows in medically underserved communities, and to support clinics’ transition to value-based payment models. She additionally served as executive director of Oregon’s leading health policy forum. She completed her undergraduate studies at Gonzaga University and earned a master’s in public health degree from Portland State University. Robin, her husband and their two school-aged children enjoy exploring the abundant natural treasures of the Pacific Northwest, through skiing, biking, camping, hiking and spelunking.

Liz Wyles, MSEd
Senior Director of Operations
Liz Wyles is the Senior Director of Operations for All Smiles. She attended The Ohio State University and the University of Dayton for undergraduate and graduate studies. Her professional career includes various management and supervisory roles in business and project management. She also worked in higher education for over twenty years. Liz enjoys discovering new places to hike in Oregon, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.

Laura Geelan, EPDH
Clinical Lead and Dental Hygienist
Laura Geelan spent two years working in Arizona at a private practice before moving back to Oregon. Laura has been with All Smiles since September of 2016 and works in both the Pre-K screening and fluoride varnish program as well as the School-Based Dental Sealant program. Laura has been married to her husband, Kyle, since 2014. In her free time, Laura and Kyle enjoy being outside doing activities such as hiking, running, camping, and golfing. Laura and Kyle love spending time with their two kids and boxer named Charlie.

Andrea Irby, EFDA
Director of Operations
Andrea Irby joined All Smiles as the Lead Dental Assistant in 2023, bringing with her a wealth of experience since graduating from Concorde Career College in 2017. Beyond her professional life, Andrea finds joy in the simple pleasures of life, including spending time with her dog Luna, enjoying the company of family and friends, and exploring the great outdoors. She particularly relishes moments of relaxation by the lake or beach, where she feels most at peace amidst nature's beauty.

Flor Flores, BAPH
Program Manager
Flor graduated from Portland State University in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in Public Health and a primary focus on Community Health Education. She began with All Smiles as a college intern in the spring of 2020 and is proud to be officially part of the team. Flor’s main role at All Smiles includes managing urgent and non-emergent dental referrals for patients; assisting the fluoride program dental team in the field when needed; and most recently, oral health education to K-8 classrooms. During her free time, she likes to read, spend time with her family and look for odd plants to add to her ever-growing indoor plant collection. A fun fact she would like others to know is that her first and last names mean flower in Spanish.

Virginia Mattfeld, RDH, EPDH, BSDH
Senior Dental Hygienist
Virginia received her Associate Degree from Portland Community College in 2005 and a Bachelor in Dental Hygiene at Eastern Washington University, Spokane WA, in 2019. She joined All Smiles in 2019, providing dental screenings, fluoride varnish, and both on-site and virtual oral health education for PreK and Head Start programs. She says that the best part of her job is getting to help diverse populations improve their oral health, better their overall health, and educate them on caries and disease prevention. She is passionate about providing direct access to oral health to the underserved population; she has a small independent practice providing dental hygiene therapy to families. Virginia has traveled several times to Central America, working at schools in rural villages of Guatemala and Honduras. She is an active member of the American Dental Hygienists’ Association (ADHA). Virginia has been married to her husband Eric since 1994 and has two grown daughters and care for two rescue cats. She loves traveling with her husband, creating art with mixed media, and loves Disney cruises and Park.

Alicia Holiman, EPDH
Dental Hygienist & Data Specialist
Alicia graduated with her BS in Dental Hygiene Studies from Pacific University in 2020 and has more than 10 years of experience in the dental field. She joined All Smiles in Fall 2022 and works in both the Pre-K screening and Fluoride Varnish program and the School-Based Dental Sealant program. Alicia has provided oral hygiene care in diverse settings ranging from public health clinics to private practice and has a passion for providing oral health education to all. In her free time, Alicia enjoys doing outdoor activities with her husband and kids.

Aly Carter, EPDH
Dental Hygienist
Aly graduated from Mt Hood Community College in 2018 with her degree in Dental Hygiene. She started with All Smiles in the summer of 2022 and also works in private practice. Aly grew up in Sandy and met her husband while attending high school. They have two boys and love to spend their free time out on the water. Fishing, crabbing, and kayaking are year-round activities that they enjoy.

Tana Spencer, EPDH
Dental Hygienist
I enjoy the opportunity to provide sealants and fluoride treatments to school children, and I love promoting lifelong oral health. My passion for community service began early through my involvement in 4-H, where I learned the value of giving back and making a difference. Today, I carry those lessons into my work, loyally striving to improve children's health and well-being through preventive care and education. I love being actively involved in my community and take pride in serving others. My career is not just a job—it’s a meaningful way to create healthier futures for the next generation.

Ashley Morgan, EPDH
Dental Hygienist
Ashley Morgan was born and raised in Portland, OR. She graduated from Portland State University and Pacific University, and began working with All Smiles first as a volunteer in 2018. Ashley loves working in public health and cares deeply about equitable health access. Ashley enjoys spending time with her kids and family and exploring the beauty of the Pacific Northwest.

Jourdan Burklund, EPDH
Dental Hygienist & Community Education Specialist
Jourdan Burklund joined All Smiles in the summer of 2022. She graduated from Portland Community College in 2016 with a degree in Dental Hygiene. Her passion is community health, having worked in multiple public health clinics over the years. Her other passion is language; she also works part-time as an American Sign Language interpreter. She loves being able to provide access, whether that is regarding communication or healthcare. In her spare time she enjoys reading, walking around her neighborhood, and spending time with her pet bunny.

Anna Freeman
Claims and Credentialing Specialist
Anna joined All Smiles in June 2021. She holds a degree from the University of Lodz, Poland and she is bilingual in English and Polish. For the past several years, Anna has worked processing medical claims. Her main responsibilities at All Smiles are credentialing and claims processing. Anna is married to Peter, and they enjoy spending time outdoors, especially visiting new places and challenging themselves to play golf at the many different golf courses around the region. She is currently in search of a new pet, possibly a pug.

Itzia Hernandez
Dental Assistant
Itzia Hernandez is a dedicated dental assistant with a passion for oral health and a heart for helping others. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she finds fulfillment in making a difference—especially by helping children access and maintain essential dental care. A proud graduate of Concorde Career College, Itzia is eager to continue her education. Outside of work, she enjoys playing golf as a fun and relaxing hobby as-well as expressing her creativity through floral arrangements.

Max Warmington
Dental Assistant
Max is currently completing a bachelor’s degree in psychology at Portland State University. With nearly a decade of experience working with children, Max brings a deep understanding of youth development and compassionate care. Max has also volunteered throughout Central America, supporting rural communities and embracing diverse cultures through immersive service work. Outside of work, Max enjoys spending time in nature, whether snowboarding, backpacking, camping, paddleboarding, or simply exploring the outdoors with his Australian Shepherd, Dexter.

Jennifer Ortiz, BSPH
Care Coordinator
Jennifer joined All Smiles as a Care Coordinator in March 2024. She graduated from Portland State University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and a focus in Community Health Education. Her experience working as a public health advocate has expanded her understanding of barriers to care faced by families in our community. Jennifer’s main role at All Smiles is to serve as a resource for families connecting to dental care, while tracking and updating referrals received as part of our community-based programs. As a native Oregonian, Jennifer enjoys spending time outdoors running or hiking and being surrounded by family and friends.

Nina Arias
Outreach & Engagement Coordinator
Nina Arias joined the All Smiles team in late 2025 as the Outreach & Engagement Coordinator. She is a graduate of Minot State University, and uses her bachelor’s degree in Communications and Marketing to help us further our mission. In her free time, Nina enjoys reading, exploring new coffee shops, and spending quality time with her dog. Her ultimate goal in life is to use her platforms to help others and leave a positive impact on the world.

Hatziri Mandujano
Outreach Support Specialist
Hatziri joined the All Smiles team at the beginning of 2025 and is currently a pre-nursing student with a strong passion for helping others and giving back to the community. As a member of the outreach team, she enjoys connecting with patients beyond the clinic and supporting community-based initiatives. She values the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in public health while working alongside a team focused on patient comfort and care. Hatziri also takes pride in being able to assist patients in both English and Spanish, helping ensure that everyone feels heard, understood, and welcomed. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, spending time outdoors, and exploring new cities with friends.

Jasmine Rodriguez-Lozada
Dental Assistant
I am a recent graduate of Concorde College Careers for the dental assisting program. My passion for dentistry stems from a genuine desire to help others. Along the way, I’m also focused on growing as an individual and embracing new challenges that shape me both professionally and personally. One of my lifelong goals is to travel abroad to provide dental care and educate in places where resources are limited. Some things I like to do in my free time are explore the outdoors and exercise. I look forward to continuing to work with All Smiles and to furthering my education soon.

Rosie Sprenger, CDA
Dental Assistant
Rosie Sprenger is a Certified Dental Assistant and graduate of Portland Community College’s dental assisting program. She thoroughly enjoyed her time working chairside for a general dentist in her 20s. Though her path eventually led her into the accounting field, her love for dental care never faded. After taking an early retirement from accounting, Rosie was excited to return to the dental field and bring her skills back to patient care. She joined All Smiles in the fall of 2024 and is delighted to be a part of a team of professionals dedicated to the oral health of children. Rosie has been married to her husband Randy since 1988, and together they enjoy travelling, boating, snow skiing, and spending time with their two dogs: Desi and Lucy.

Ericka Siewert, EPDH
Dental Hygienist
Ericka earned her degree in Community Health Education from Portland State University and completed her Dental Hygiene education at Mt. Hood Community College. With over 20 years of experience, she has worked in both private practice and community health settings. She is passionate about prevention and oral health education, with a focus on improving outcomes for children who face barriers to care. Ericka is committed to expanding access to high-quality dental services and fostering positive experiences. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her family and two dogs. She values making a meaningful impact in her community.
